Turkey will receive the Russian S400 Air Defense Missile Batteries, at the cost of the 100
JSF35s from the US, on July, 2019.
More significantly, is the higher probability that Turkey will most likely be refused NATO
membership soon after which will result in Russia becoming a most likely future ally of Turkey.

Meanwhile, tensions between Turkey and Greece over this likely anti-NATO and anti-European Union stance has suddenly become hostile with the Greeks have returned to their traditional hostile stance towards their traditional Ottoman enemy centuries in the making.
Times are a changing and alliances are shifting in the world. Brexit and Turkey are moving the goalposts in European and global politics.
Whilst the EU has been dominated by the Germans as the strongest economy in the EU, and the Turkish government are resorting to a century ago attitudes, it seems that even after a century of dynamic and dramatic events, the more things change, the more they stay the same.
With Brexit, the Anglo-American British Raj and colonial conceit has countered the German dominated EU. Meanwhile, the Turkish attitude against the EU and NATO, has also displayed a very conceited attitude of the Turkish government which reminds the world of the Ottoman Empire's conceit and imperial arrogance against the Western world over a century ago. A memory very close to the ANZACs with the landing on Gallipoli and the loss against the Ottomans, yes, the Turks, back then. A loss to the Turks that is constantly reminded to ANZACs every 25th of April of each year, as ANZAC day. A day celebrated by Turkey as the day when the ANZACs were soundly beaten back to their ships and away from Gallipoli and Turkish lands.
Today, there are constant reminders of a century of political and historical memories in global politics. (Timoteo Tufuga)
