It appears to be the case for the Islamic State that the enemy of my enemy makes you my friend,
which seems to bode well in this instance.
The Islamic State unleashes their revenge against the Syrian Democratic Front (SDF), who ousted and destroyed IS, with the assistance of the Americans, during Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR), the IS are about to be avenged with the assistance of the Turkish military with the
annihilation of the SDF. This time, in this three pronged conflict, the SDF are drawn into the same side with the Syrian Army, as the enemy according to NATO through its member nation Turkey.

It appears that NATO needs to seriously revise their membership and objective when it comes to the Middle East.

The IS had long sought logistical supplies and material support from the Turkish border to the North of the former IS Caliphate, now, it appears that the Turkish military could not resist the temptation to sweep South and to invade the Kurdish enclaves within the Rojava Region of
Northern Syria. A temptation too difficult to resist by Turkey as Operation Peace Spring is launched today.
